Angel Armor at TPCA 2026: Supporting Chiefs Across Texas

The Texas Police Chiefs Association 67th Annual Conference brought together law enforcement leaders from across the state of Texas for four days of collaboration, education, and forward-looking discussion around the future of public safety.

Held in Corpus Christi from March 30 through April 2, the conference created space for chiefs of police and senior leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue, attend impactful breakout sessions, and explore the latest innovations shaping modern law enforcement. For Angel Armor, it was an opportunity to connect directly with the leaders we serve.

Supporting the Mission of Modern Law Enforcement

Since its founding in 1958, the Texas Police Chiefs Association has played a critical role in advancing professional law enforcement leadership across the state. The organization continues to advocate for high ethical standards, informed decision-making, and collaboration between agencies and government leaders

That mission closely aligns with our own.

At Angel Armor, we exists to protect and preserve the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness for those who serve and their families.

Protection That Meets the Reality of the Field

At this year’s conference, our team showcased solutions designed to address real-world threats officers face every day, from vehicle vulnerability to rifle-rated protection and scalable body armor.

Vehicle Protection That Meets the Threat

We featured our AVAIL® IIIA Ballistic Door Panels, designed to provide discreet, vehicle-integrated protection without impacting OEM functionality.

AVAIL IIIA panels are engineered to defend against common handgun threats, offering a critical layer of protection during routine patrol and traffic stops. Built to exceed NIJ standards, they deliver dependable performance while maintaining full vehicle usability.

Rifle Protection When it Matters Most

We also highlighted the TRUTH SNAP Rifle Plate System, engineered to deliver rifle-rated protection with speed and adaptability.

Designed for rapid deployment, the system allows officers to scale their protection based on the situation. This flexibility is essential in today’s evolving threat landscape.

Scalable Armor for every Role

We also showcased our RISE® Body Armor System carriers, built to support the diverse roles officers serve across patrol, tactical, and specialized units.

From daily wear solutions to load-bearing configurations, RISE carriers are designed to deliver consistent fit, balanced weight distribution, and adaptability in the field.

As agencies continue to evaluate comfort, scalability, and long-term wearability, the ability to equip officers with armor that performs across multiple assignments remains a key priority.

Looking Ahead

The 67th Annual TPCA Conference reinforced something we see across the country. Agencies are looking for protection that works together, adapts to their needs, and supports their people in the field.

We are grateful to the Texas Police Chiefs Association for hosting another impactful event and to the leaders who took the time to connect with our team.
